Who am I?
I’m Madison, and I’m a recent graduate from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Studies and minors in both Political Science and Classics & Ancient Mediterranean Studies. All this formal jargon just means that I love to read and write and I created this blog as an outlet to do that!
At the least, I hope that this blog can act as a useful forum for readers or just a place where they can entertain themselves by following along on my journey. At best, this blog showcases my drive and passion for writing and intrigues some very important people (the post-grad life is hard and I’m looking for work!!). Regardless, I’m happy you’re here for the journey and appreciate your support!
Why Plants and Fashion?
Plants and fashion may seem like a strange combination, but other than being my two most favorite interests, I strongly believe that they are interconnected and influence each other heavily. Both contribute to a lifestyle of beauty, growth, and sustainability while also being FUN! Self-expression through fashion and clothing may be an easy connection, but I believe self-expression through what plants you own, where you put them, and how they accent your home is a harder, but just as important, connection.
What to Expect
In all honesty, you should expect an amalgamation of personal updates about my own plants, tips, tricks, and hacks on how to develop a green thumb, opinions on the latest fashion trends, and whether I think the new “it” items is really worth buying. This blog is a place for me to share my thoughts, and you guys are along for the ride.
